Dr. Vidya H Veldore is a seasoned leader with over 19 years of experience in clinical operations, cancer genomics, and life sciences. She holds a strong academic foundation from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and has held critical roles in leading organizations like MedGenome and HCG (HealthCare Global). In her role as Vice President of Clinical Operations at 4baseCare, Vidya spearheads initiatives that bridge advanced clinical strategies with precision oncology, driving operational excellence and enhancing patient outcomes. Her expertise lies in molecular biology, clinical research, and the development of transformative solutions in genomics to advance cancer care.

Dr Vidya had been instrumental in bringing cost effective solutions from bedside-to-bench-to-bedside, through translational research studies, ensuring impactful clinical applications in cancer care. She had played a pioneering role in the design, development, and clinical validation of Liquid Biopsy NGS testing for cancer patients, making it the first of its kind to be launched in India. She also contributed significantly by co-mentoring DNB Postgraduate Students specializing in oncology domains such as medical, surgical, radiation oncology, and molecular pathology
