Praveen Jha is a seasoned life sciences healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors, including Genomics, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Health Nutrition, and Insurance. He has demonstrated several instances of organic growth across companies, leading to roles of increasing complexity and responsibility. With extensive experience working across India, Praveen brings a deep understanding of the commercial landscape and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.

Dr.Kumar is a professor and medical oncologist at Tata Memorial Hospital with an experience of two decades in Oncology. Being the President and Convener of the Indian Cooperative Oncology Network (ICON), he has dedicated his life to creating awareness about lung cancer with utmost importance to patient care and to strengthening future research.

Dr Nayak is the Director, Department of Surgical Oncology, Fortis Hospital, Bannerghatta Road. A pioneer in Laparoscopic Surgery for the treatment of Cancer, Dr. Sandeep Nayak is one of the most eminent experts in Surgical Oncology with extensive experience of 20 years in open Laparoscopic & Robotic Cancer Surgeries.

Dr. Giridharan Periyasamy holds a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology and Drug Discovery and brings over 22 years of rich experience from academia and industry. He has held pivotal roles at esteemed institutions such as Piramal Life Sciences, Mumbai, CCAMP-NCBS, Bangalore, and A*STAR-Singapore’s Genome Institute and Experimental Drug Discovery Centre. Dr. Periyasamy is an authority in disease biology, discovery genomics, and therapeutic innovation, proficient in setting up advanced in vitro tool-box development and leveraging patient-centric translational platforms for biomarker development and precision health.

Dr. Dutt is a Principal Investigator at ACTREC, Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai. His laboratory focuses on understanding the somatic changes that occur in human cancer cells and how these changes can help develop the next generation of effective targeted therapies to improve the treatment of cancer patients. Dr. Dutt obtained his Ph.D from  the  University of Zurich, Switzerland and ICGEB/ JMI, New Delhi. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT. Dr. Dutt serves on the Editorial Board of PLOS ONE; BMC Genomics; on the scientific advisory committee and screening/ selection committee of various government and private organizations; and, is a faculty member in Medical Genetics- F1000 Prime.

He is a recipient of the Swiss National Science Foundation fellowship award; the Julius Klaus Foundation award from the University of Zurich; the Ramalingaswami Fellowship Award from the Department of Biotechnology (DBT); the Wellcome Trust/ DBT India Alliance Intermediate Fellowship Award; YIM Boston Young Scientist Award; Outstanding Alumni award from JMI, and the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Award in the field of Medical Sciences 2017.

He oversees the end-to-end operations of the company including building the network and collaborations with hospitals/clinicians, patient enrolment, logistics, and building a functional and independent “CARE” team with Care managers, Care Companions, NGO’s, and counselors to provide Allied CARE and support to the patients.

Alumni of XLRI, Kshitij has had his share of earlier entrepreneurial experience before becoming part of larger organizations like Deloitte and GE where he has taken senior leadership roles in strategy consulting, operations, and marketing.

Hitesh is a co-founder and CEO of 4baseCare. He oversees operations across the complete business cycle – Clinical oncology, Research and Development, Collaborations, Genomics, Technology, Business Development, Sales Operations,  and other Corporate functions.

Hitesh is also co-founder of leading Genome “IT” company, Bionivid Technology (founded in 2011) which provides niche IT solutions to handle Genomics BIG DATA challenges which include analytics, data processing, storage, and training/education and awareness in the domain of Genomics and Genome Informatics.

He has 12+ years of experience in pharma drug discovery and Genomics. Prior to his entrepreneur journey, Hitesh was part of the High throughput screening and drug discovery team at Piramal Lifesciences (then called Nicholas Piramal Research Centre) working on identifying novel small molecules and formulations for their efficacy in therapeutic areas like Cancer, Inflammation, and Diabetes.
